Pool rules
The pool rules are designed to make sure everyone in the neighborhood can enjoy the pool safely and comfortably during the swimming season.
The pool is for the exclusive use of Kentwater residents. A new code is provided to each homeowner who is current on their HOA dues at the beginning of the summer. This code is not to be shared with non-paying or non-residents.
When you use Kentwater's pool, you and your family are swimming at your own risk; we do not employ lifeguards or site staff for security and maintenance.
Pool hours:
6:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. daily
- Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. Please note that this is a legal liability issue, and strict enforcement of this rule must be followed.
- Children 14-17 may swim unsupervised, but are not allowed to watch younger children or siblings at the pool.
- Guests of Kentwater residents must be with the resident while at the pool.
- No glass near or around the pool area.
- No skateboards, bikes or scooters are allowed in or around the pool area.
- No pets are allowed in or around the pool area.
- No grills or table-top grills are allowed in the pool area.
Parties are discouraged at the pool in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
COVID-19 Guidelines
The state has issued guidelines for the use of neighborhood and public pools. You can read more about those guidelines here.
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are available for resident use, but team practices and matches take precedence over open play. Please do not bring your pets inside the court area off-leash out of the health and well-being of other residents.
